ELLICOTT CITY, MD – A Howard County stormwater management construction project at 4301 MD 32 in Dayton, is expected to begin on or about Friday, November 5th. The project was originally expected to begin in August; however, it was delayed.
The project will include the installation of curb and gutter, pavement repaving and improvements to the existing storm drain system. A series of water quality features known as Stormceptors, will also be installed to provide treatment of surface water runoff from the County’s Bureau of Highways Dayton facilities. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late January 2022.
