ELLICOTT CITY, MD – A Howard County project to repair a sewer service pipe along the Little Patuxent River in the vicinity of 10005 Old Columbia Road in Columbia, just south of eastbound MD 32, has begun. The existing sewer pipe will be stabilized utilizing rock and stone, and the river will be restored to its natural channel to protect the pipe. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by mid-April.
While the project is not expected to impact the flow of traffic, signs will be posted along the Columbia Association path to alert pedestrians of the work.
