ELLICOTT CITY, MD – A Howard County construction project to replace three failed pipe culverts running under Woodbine Morgan Road in Woodbine, is expected to begin on or about Thursday, October 22. Corrugated metal pipe will be replaced with concrete structures. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by mid-November. 

During the project, Woodbine Morgan Road will be closed to thru traffic. Signs will be posted at the project site to advise motorists of the road closure. Traffic will follow a clearly marked detour using Woodbine Road, Old Frederick Road and Morgan Station Road. A recorded message at 410-313-3637 will carry project updates.
