ELLICOTT CITY, MD – Howard County’s Department of Public Works (DPW) will hold a public meeting on Thursday, May 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the Columbia/Ellicott City Room at the George Howard Building, 3430 Court House Drive in Ellicott City, to present the plans for a nearby pond repair project.
 
DPW’s Bureau of Environmental Services plans to repair the Autumn Manor stormwater management pond located at the intersection of Fall Chill Court and Autumn Rust in Ellicott City, to improve water quality treatment of stormwater and to improve the functionality and maintainability of the stormwater management system. Construction is expected to begin in fall 2019.
 
The meeting will include a presentation and discussion of the project plans, followed by an open discussion. County staff will be on hand to answer any questions and gather public comments.
