Frequently Asked Questions and Guidance for Child Care Providers during COVID-19

Howard County will continue to deliver essential County services to residents throughout the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, however starting March 18, some services will be curtailed to protect employee and resident health. Beginning at 8:00 a.m. on March 18, non-emergency County offices and facilities will be closed to the public until further notice, though operations will continue through teleworking by eligible employees.    The Department of Community Resources and Services headquarters at 9830 Patuxent Woods Drive, Columbia, MD 21046 are closed to the public. Phone appointments can be made via 410-313-6400. Multi-Service Center services will be conducted online or via phone at 410-313-0220.
