All gymnastics programs offered through Howard County Recreation and Parks are held at the Columbia Gymnastics facility. In order to provide a safe, enjoyable and top-level gymnastics experience, Columbia Gymnastics has invested significantly in new equipment over the past year to compliment our new facility.

Parent/Child Gymnastics with Columbia Gymnastics  (1 1/2 - 3 1/2 yrs) 

Tumble Tots with All Pro Gymnastics (1 1/2 - 3 1/2 yrs)
Be an active participant as your child develops self-awareness, coordination and locomotor movement. Toddlers use a variety of gymnastics equipment, songs, games and climbing activities in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Adult and child must register together. Child must be walking.

Preschool Gymnastics with Columbia Gymnastics (3-5 yrs) 

Shining Stars with All Pro Gymnastics (3-5 yrs)
In this introduction to gymnastics, boys and girls develop strength coordination and locomotor movement, listening skills, and cooperation. Participants use various types of gymnastics and physical education equipment including bars, beams, mats, trampolines and a foam training pit. Emphasis is on fun in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Diapers and pull-ups are not allowed.

Beginning Gymnastics with Columbia Gymnastics (6-12 yrs)

Rising Stars with All Pro Gymnastics (6-11 yrs)
Enjoy an introduction to the beginning skills and progressions of the vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise using a variety of equipment including trampolines and a foam training pit. Participants begin to develop confidence, fitness, strength and flexibility in a fun, supportive environment.  



Preschool Gymnastics (3-6 yrs)
Stay cool while having fun! In the comfort of an air-conditioned facility, campers enjoy the vault, beam, ropes, trampoline, bars, springboard, tumbling floor and foam pit. They develop motor skills, strength and flexibility with age-appropriate activities. Campers must be at least 3 years old when the program begins. Staff does not change diapers. No pull-ups allowed.

Beginner/Intermediate Gymnastics (6-13 yrs)
Flip through summer in a full- or half-day camp. In an air-conditioned facility, you are introduced to the USA Gymnastics skill levels, develop strength and flexibility, and use the vault, bars, beam, ropes, trampolines, springboards, tumbling floor and foam pit. Campers develop confidence, fitness, strength, flexibility and gymnastics skills in a fun, supportive environment. Campers also enjoy a variety of games, crafts and activities throughout the day.
