All gymnastics programs offered through Howard County Recreation and Parks are held at the Columbia Gymnastics facility. In order to provide a safe, enjoyable and top-level gymnastics experience, Columbia Gymnastics has invested significantly in new equipment over the past year to compliment our new facility.

Youth

Parent/Child Gymnastics with Columbia Gymnastics  (1 1/2 - 3 1/2 yrs)  

Be an active participant as your child develops self-awareness, coordination and locomotor movement. Toddlers use a variety of gymnastics equipment, songs, games and climbing activities in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Adult and child must register together. Child must be walking.

Tumble Tots with All Pro Gymnastics (1 1/2 - 3 1/2 yrs) 

Not just a "Mommy and Me" class! Your child can bring mom, dad, or even a grandparent into the gym for lots of fun and fitness. Having the young child be with a family member allows them the opportunity to grow comfortable in a group setting and at their own pace. Safety is very important so each class is structured with planned activities. This is a wonderful way for the parent and child to share, bond, and communicate in a fun and energetic setting!


Preschool Gymnastics with Columbia Gymnastics (3-5 yrs)  

In this introduction to gymnastics, boys and girls develop strength coordination and locomotor movement, listening skills, and cooperation. Participants use various types of gymnastics and physical education equipment including bars, beams, mats, trampolines and a foam training pit. Emphasis is on fun in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Diapers and pull-ups are not allowed.

Shining Stars with All Pro Gymnastics (3-5 yrs)
Ready to run, jump, sing, and bounce? Well get these monkeys moving!! These classes are for the child who is ready to come into the gym and follow instructions without parental assistance. We use the same equipment as the previous (but Not Required) Parent Participation class, and we add fun games and races. This class is structured and offers tons of fun!


Beginning Gymnastics with Columbia Gymnastics (6-12 yrs) 

Enjoy an introduction to the beginning skills and progressions of the vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise using a variety of equipment including trampolines and a foam training pit. Participants begin to develop confidence, fitness, strength and flexibility in a fun, supportive environment.  

Rising Stars with All Pro Gymnastics (6-11 yrs)

This class will be an introduction of vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercises using a variety of equipment to assist in training and learning. Children will also get to experience the foam pit. Children will develop confidence and coordination in a fun and safe environment.

Camps

Preschool Gymnastics with Columbia Gymnsatics (3-6 yrs)
Stay cool while having fun! In the comfort of an air-conditioned facility, campers enjoy the vault, beam, ropes, trampoline, bars, springboard, tumbling floor and foam pit. They develop motor skills, strength and flexibility with age-appropriate activities. Campers must be at least 3 years old when the program begins. Staff does not change diapers. No pull-ups allowed.

Beginner/Intermediate Gymnastics with Columbia Gymnastics (6-13 yrs)
Flip through summer in a full- or half-day camp. In an air-conditioned facility, you are introduced to the USA Gymnastics skill levels, develop strength and flexibility, and use the vault, bars, beam, ropes, trampolines, springboards, tumbling floor and foam pit. Campers develop confidence, fitness, strength, flexibility and gymnastics skills in a fun, supportive environment. Campers also enjoy a variety of games, crafts and activities throughout the day.

All Pro Gymnastics Camp (4-14 yrs) 

Need a safe, fun atmosphere for your child this summer? Than this is the place for you! Come join us for a morning, afternoon or all day week of gymnastics, games, arts and crafts, music and movement and make some new friends. All coaches are safety certified and CPR trained. Before care available upon request.
