Howard County Recreation & Parks offers cheerleading programs, camps and leagues for all ages and skill levels, from beginners to high level participants.

All of the below programs are offered by Howard County Recreation and Parks and participate in the Mid-Maryland Youth Football and Cheerleading League.

Just Cheer! By Epic Brands (6-12 yrs)

Exhibit your enthusiasm learning the fundamentals of cheerleading and dance! Experienced and highly trained staff from Epic Brands teach creative dances, cheers, partner stunts, sidelines, proper safety, techniques and more! Benefit from the expertise of staff directed by former NFL and collegiate cheerleaders. Parents are invited to watch the performances on the last day of camp. Camp may include one craft project each day.Bring a non-perishable nut-free snack, beverage and a reusable water bottle. Fee includes a camp t-shirt. Tumbling for Cheerleading (6-17 yrs) 
Bring out the spirit while learning and improving tumbling skills useful for cheer tryouts or routines! Beginners to experienced cheerleaders focus on strength, flexibility, partner stunts, tumbling and more in the comfort of an air-conditioned, fully equipped gymnastics facility.
