The Roving Radish, Howard County’s healthy meals program, has been selected for the “County Innovation Award” by the Academy for Excellence in Local Governance. The Roving Radish was chosen for its innovative approach to bringing affordable, locally produced foods to residents, including those with limited incomes who can purchase meal kits at a reduced price.
