On Feb. 3, officers from the Community Outreach Division and Pathway Patrol Section visited two elementary schools in Howard County. At Jeffers Hill Elementary, officers joined Impact Research for a presentation on seatbelt safety. At Phelps Luck Elementary, officers joined second graders for recess and made some new friends!
