The Customer Service / Water Quality Division is responsible for most calls from residents for assistance and service.
In 2019 the Customer Service group fielded almost 2900 calls from residents about assets and services. These calls are dispatched to the various groups working at the Bureau of Utilities.
The Water Quality Group is responsible for the sampling of all public water in the Distribution System as well as all Regulatory Reporting. In 2019 the Water Quality Group collected over 2500 water samples for testing.
