The Maryland Association of Human Rights Agencies (MAHRA) was established over thirty years ago as a statewide organization comprised of civil/human rights administrators to provide support among civil rights agencies in addressing discrimination in Maryland.


The mission of MAHRA is to serve as a clearinghouse for sharing civil and human relations/rights, and EEO information among the state, local, and national human rights commissions and organizations.
