Join the Office of Children and Families and the Howard County Public School System, Office of Early Intervention for a morning focused on supporting the social and emotional wellbeing of your staff 

and children. Learn the components of Reflective Coaching and how to use this framework to help increase the effectiveness of teachers working with young children.  By emphasizing the principles 

of adult learning and implementing new age appropriate strategies to address challenging behaviors, participants will take home tools to assist in shifting the culture of the classroom.
