Maurice Sykes, Executive Director, Early Childhood Leadership Institute at The University of the District of Columbia’s National Center for Urban Education and author of “Doing the Right Thing for Children: Eight Qualities of Leadership” will present the morning session. Book included with conference registration.

Using his book as a guide along with his own personal journey as a leader, Mr. Sykes will engage participants in exploring the knowledge, skills, and dispositions required to lead courageously by doing the right thing for children.
