Activity Guides are delivered in early August (Fall issue), December (Winter issue), February (Camp issue), and March (Spring/Summer issue) to all Howard County residences in the following manner:

with the Columbia Flier, Laurel Leader, or SunPlus free publications on the first Thursday of August, December, February, and March
with the Sunday Sun to residents who subscribe to it on the Sunday after the first Thursday of August, December, February, and March
in the mail for residents who do not receive any of the above publications
