Activity Guides are delivered in early August (Fall issue), December (Winter issue), February (Camp issue), and March (Spring/Summer issue) to all Howard County residences in the following manner: 

  •  with the Columbia Flier, Laurel Leader, or SunPlus free publications on the first Thursday of August, December, February, and March
  • with the Sunday Sun to residents who subscribe to it on the Sunday after the first Thursday of August, December, February, and March
  • in the mail for residents who do not receive any of the above publications
