Nutrient Management Update: 590 - Nutrient Management, 313 - Waste Storage Facility, 318 - Animal Mortality (compost of dead animals) for which clains are being filed will need to have a NMP (Nutrient Management Plan) that are forward looking and address NM in 2009; 561 - Heavy Use Area Protection - for the next few months, MDA will accept a 2008 NM plan with these claims until April 1 - after that date claims must have a 2009 plan.
