PUBLIC NOTICE:

FY2010 CAPITAL BUDGET

By virtue of and pursuant to the provisions of Subtitle 4, Section 19.400, of the Howard County Code, notice is hereby given that the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the Department of Recreation and Parks’ Fiscal Year 2010 Capital Budget, and the Fiscal Year 2011-2019 Capital Improvement Program for acquisition and development of park and recreation lands.

The hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2009, at 7:30 p.m., at the Department Headquarters, located at 7120 Oakland Mills Road, Columbia, MD 21046-1677.

An interpreter for the hearing impaired will be available if requested three working days prior to the meeting. Call the Department of Citizen Services at TTD, 410-313-6401, voice 410-313-6400, between 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or the Bureau of Communications at TTD, 410-313-2323, after 4:30 p.m.
