LEGAL SERVICES

Volunteer attorneys, scheduled monthly, provide legal screenings and prepare Wills and Powers of Attorney. The legal screening is free, and there is a small fee for Wills and Powers of Attorney. Contractual legal services with a private attorney may be available for low-income, frail, minority, and disabled persons. Areas include Social Security, medical assistance, landlord-tenant disputes, protective services, and other needs.
