New young anglers, come learn to rig a pole, cast, identify fish, tie knots and much more!  No experience necessary - all equipment and bait is provided.  This class is a great way to make friends and swap fish stories while learning a new lifelong outdoor skill.

Let's Go Fishing! (Parent/Child)
6-12 yrs  /  2 classes, start dates below  / $25
This fishing class for beginners focuses on rigging a pole, casting, fish identification, knot tying and much more!  No experience necessary - all equipment and bait is provided.  This class is a great way to spend quality family time together while learning a new lifelong skill.

NEW! Friday Fishing Club
8-12 yrs  /  4 sessions starting April 25  / $75
Spend your afternoons swapping fish stories and making new friends! Intermediate and experienced anglers welcome. Final session includes a trip to a special fishing hole on a day Howard County schools are closed! All equipment and bait is provided, as well as transportation on May 16.

School's Out Archery and Fishing Escape
10-13 yrs / April 24 / $73
No School? Let's spend the day at the park learning new lifelong skills while participating in fishing, archery and field games.  No experience necessary.   Fee includes equipment, instruction, transportation, supervision and lunch.

 All Anglers age sixteen (16) and older must have a current fishing license for all programs and events.  All programs are catch & release, and detailed information will be emailed to class participants within a week of the program start date.
