Network Support Division

The division of Network Support provides hardware and software support services to the employees of the County including local area network connectivity, wide area network connectivity, desktop support, and HELP desk support. Applications and Office Automation assistance is included.

Network Support analysts constantly evaluate network's traffic to help better troubleshoot the network infrastructure. They use a variety of software and hardware tools to fine tune the flow of information over the network.

Network Engineers and PC HELP desk technicians provide the daily ongoing response to trouble-shoot network and desktop issues which are key to the continued productivity of the work force. The County depends heavily on the complex interaction of hardware and software components which must be analyzed by the Network Engineers on a continuing basis.
