The annual Howard County Commission on Disability Issues (CDI)
announces the
2013 Leadership Awards Program
to recognize outstanding efforts in:
- Advancing full participation in community life for all citizens
- Promoting the spirit and intent of the Americans with Disabilities Act
Please submit a separate form for each nominee.
Nomination Deadline: July 31, 2013
Winners will be announced and recognized at the
Leadership Awards Ceremony
Thursday, October 3, 2013 at 7:00 p.m.
