Camps of the Week: Space is open in two new and exciting summer camps at Robinson Nature Center. The Eco-Power Mini-Camp and Solar System Searches Mini-Camp are small-enrollment camps where you can cook nachos using a solar oven and explore space in a state-of-the-art full-dome NatureSphere. May 10: The Baltimore Touchdown Club honored Recreation and Parks employee Michael Milani with its Service to Football Award. Milani leads a division that organizes and promotes youth football in the county. His leagues provide coaching, equipment and facilities for thousands of young athletes. May 17, 7 PM: The Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks Advisory Board will host a public hearing to present the Artificial Turf Joint Use Agreement between the Department of Recreation and Parks and the Howard County Public School System, as well as a Proposal for a Dog Park at Blandair.
