About Recreation and Parks
**All scheduled Recreation & Parks programs and meetings have been canceled for this afternoon and this evening; however, Howard County Recreation & Parks after school childcare is not canceled and is running as scheduled. The North Laurel Community Center and Gary J. Arthur Community Centers will remain open for drop-in activities and rentals only. All fields are closed.**
