Howard County offers services that support older adults in their effort to remain healthy, active and independent, and to age in their communities. Through the County's Office of Aging, Department of Citizen Services, we plan, advocate, develop and coordinate programs for older adults, their caregivers and family members. Consumers are able to learn about important programs such as information and referral for older adults and adults with disabilities, comprehensive assessment, care management, in-home services, caregiver support, senior centers and therapeutic social day care.
