Roger Carter Recreation Center

The Roger Carter Recreation Center is conveniently located in Ellicott City. The 25-meter pool features a diving tank and zero entry and is perfect for summer pool side celebrations. The Pool Party Deck has three picnic tables and a serving table. Parking is limited.

Rental rates:

Pool Party Deck

• Maximum capacity: 30
• 4 hr. rental during regular pool hours
• Fee: $40 plus per person pool entrance fees

• Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
• Fees: 50 people (minimum rental), $300; 51-75 people, $350;76-100 people, $400; 101-125 people, $450; 126-150 people, $500; 151-175 people, $550; 176-200 people, $600. Fee applies to swimmers and non-swimmers and includes lifeguard services.

Additional information:

• 12 a.m. curfew for all events; pool curfew is 11 p.m.
• No alcohol.

Directions:

From Columbia - Take Route 29 North to Route 40 East. Stay on Route 40 to the first signal light and make a right onto Rogers Ave. Follow past the County Office Complex then make a right onto Ellicott Mills Dr. Follow down the hill to second left onto Fel’s Ln. (just before signal light at Main St)

From Western Howard County - Take Route 70 East to Route 29 South approximately one mile and exit onto Route 40 East. Route 40 go to second signal light and make a right onto Rogers Ave. Follow past the County Office Complex then make a right onto Ellicott Mills Drive. Follow down the hill to second left onto Fel’s Lane.
