Welcome to Western Regional Park
You are invited to experience the excitement of our new regional park! Enjoy the beautiful vistas of Western Howard County as you enjoy the sports fields, courts and playground. For information about the Glenwood Community Center, located within the park, visit the center's web page. Additional park facilities planned and/or under construction include three additional natural grass multipurpose fields, a tee ball field, a baseball field, five picnic pavilions, pathways, nature/horse trails, two restroom facilities, and a maintenance facility.

The park covers 160 acres and the east area is now open from 7 a.m. to dusk or as posted.
Park regulations prohibit hunting, firearms, and alcoholic beverages. Leashed pets are allowed in the park but not in picnic, playground or sports areas. Howard County law requires owners to clean up after their pets.

Softball/baseball and multi-purpose fields are available by permit only. Priority is given to sports leagues and community groups. The permit applicant must be a Howard County resident. There are reservation fees, lights fees and tournament fees. Call 410-313-4736 for details.
14800 Carrs Mill Rd., Woodbine MD, 21723. From I 70, exit Route 97 South. After crossing Frederick Road, Route 144, go about 1.3 miles to Carrs Mill Rd and turn right. Proceed about .3 mile; entrance to the park will be on the right.
