Function:

To implement the state and county goals to preserve productive agricultural land for the continued production of food and other agricultural products.

Number of Members:

7
All members residents of Howard County, three receiving 50% or more income from farming and four with no income from agriculture. Five of whom are members of the Agricultural Preservation Advisory Board.

County Executive appoints. County Council confirms.
