Function:

To make recommendations on all matters regarding the planning and zoning of the county, capital programs and the capital budget and prepare general plan guidelines.

All members must be Howard County residents.

Appointed by:

County Executive appoints. County Council confirms.

Meetings:

Every other Thursday (unless it falls on a holiday), at 7:00pm, in the Ellicott Room of the George Howard Building, 3430 Court House Drive, Ellicott City, MD 21043. There is also a pre-meeting held at 6:30 pm on that same evening in the Department of Planning and Zoning’s conference room (1st floor) that is open to the public.
