ETHICS COMISSION

Function:

Advisory body responsible for interpreting Public Ethics section of Code and advising persons subject to its application hearing and deciding complaints of alleged violations of the public ethics rules and regulations, and be custodian for all forms submitted by any person in compliance with ethics rules and regulations.

All must be Howard County residents.

Appointed by:

County Executive appoints. County Council confirms.
