Set policy for registration of voters, maintenance of voters’ records and conducting elections.

Number of Members:

3 (with 2 substitutes)
Must be Howard County residents and registered voters; two from party of incumbent governor, one from opposition party, and one substitute from each party.

Appointed by:

Governor appoints from names submitted by each Central Committee.
