ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE HEARING BOARD

Function:

To establish procedures and to conduct hearings and to make final and prompt decisions on all cases involving alcoholic beverage licenses in Howard County.

Number of Members:

5
Not more than three members shall be registered with the same political party. Each Council member submits three names of qualified persons from their District with the County Executive appointing one member from each Councilmanic District.

County Executive appoints. County Council confirms.
