Violent Crimes Section

Detectives in this section investigate crimes of violence, including homicides, rapes, assaults, sex offenses, abductions, extortions and suicides. They also investigate adult missing persons, unattended deaths, cold cases and other serious crimes.

The Violent Crimes investigators closed approximately 82 percent of its assigned cases last year.
