Special Events Permit

The Howard County Code requires the issuance of a permit for any activities "... which impedes the normal movement of vehicular and/or pedestrian traffic through and along the public streets, highways or roads in Howard County, without having obtained a permit..."

If you are planning an event in which one permit, or several, are required please download a copy, and fill out the entire form.
