b>The Resource Room at HCCCRC

Early childhood professionals, public and private school teachers, and others who visit our office will find a resource room and lending library with materials and equipment for their use. The resource room is open during our normal business hours, 8:00 – 4:45 Monday – Friday.

Equipment and Fees

· Laminating: .60 per foot

· Copying: .05 per copy on your paper, .08 per copy on our white paper, .10 per copy on our colored paper

· Die-Cuts: Free with your own paper

· Book Binder: .40 per binder comb

· White Copy Paper: .03 per sheet

· Colored Copy Paper: .05 per sheet

· Construction Paper: .05 per sheet

· Card Stock: .10 per sheet

. Craft Foam .40 per piece

· White Poster Board: .50 per piece

Die Cuts Available

Use of the die-cut machine is free if you bring your own paper; otherwise, you are charged by the sheet (see price list above).

Evening Hours

We are no longer able to offer Evening Hours due to low turnout. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Library

Our library contains hundreds of books, videos, and journals on such topics as Child Development, Special Needs, Family Child Care Professionals, Activities and Curriculum, and Health and Nutrition. Providers are encouraged to apply for library cards, and may check out up to 3 items for 2 weeks at a time.

Freebies

We stock many current publications, catalogs, and information sheets from different sources, and visitors are welcome to browse and pick up anything they need. We also have a Freebie Box of donated household items to be used for craft projects. Be sure to check the box whenever you visit us.
