Confidential, weekly support groups provide opportunities to meet others with similar needs. Through the SPRING (Senior Peer Resources, Individuals, Networks, and Groups) support groups you will find companionship through caring about others and sharing your experiences.

Older Adult Consultation Services at Humanim(OACS), is an in-home mental health evaluation service for seniors (60+) in Howard County. This service provides a convenient in-home assessment of your mental health needs and serves as an important part of the Aging in Place Initiative. Flexible mental health services are available in the community, including support groups, mental health screenings, case management, group homes, and outpatient services.
