IN-HOME EVALUATION SERVICES

The State of Maryland has programs in each county to give information to help disabled and frail adults to remain as independent as possible in a safe setting. In Howard County, Adult Community Evaluation Services (ACES) offer screening, in-depth consultation, and comprehensive assessment services to people of any age experiencing difficulties remaining in their current surroundings due to deteriorating physical, mental, emotional, or social conditions. Through the assessment and recommendations of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an ACES evaluation can put you in touch with valuable programs and services for the best and most appropriate care.
