09.18.14 Howard County Receives Project of the Year Awards from County Engineers Association of Maryland
ELLICOTT CITY, MD – The Howard County Department of Public Works today was presented two “Project of the Year” awards from the County Engineers Association of Maryland (CEAM) at its Fall Conference in Ocean City. The Alpha Ridge Composting Facility and a stream restoration project along Trotter Road in Clarksville were both recognized in their respective categories among medium and small projects.
