ELLICOTT CITY, MD – Howard County Executive Ken Ulman invites residents 2 celebrate Columbia/Ellicott City’s #2 ranking on Money Magazine’s “Best Places to Live in America” 2010 list at the Sunset Serenade concert on Wednesday, July 28 at 7 p.m., in Centennial Park off Route 108, a mid-way point between the winning locations. The night will feature light-hearted fun, really cool giveaways (like Nestle-Dreyer’s ice cream) and a hot concert featuring soul, funk and pop by the Eric Scott Band.

Join your friends and neighbors, bring a blanket, lawn chairs and a picnic supper and enjoy the sounds of summer in the #2 place to live in the country!
