HIV Counseling and Testing Services
- Free anonymous testing to find out if you are infected with the virus that causes AIDS.
- To make an appointment, call the health center where you wish to be tested.
Case Management / Client Advocacy
Case Management
- County residents with HIV infection may call and request Case Management or Client Advocacy Services.
- Provides assistance with getting resources needed to improve client's health and quality of life.
- These services are free and confidential.
Case Managers
- Social Workers or Nurses that help those with HIV infection obtain needed services.
How to begin receiving Case Management
- Call 410-880-5888 or toll free at
1-866-313-6300 and ask to speak to an HIV Case Manager.
- Call anytime Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
- A Case Manager will meet with you at the office, your home, hospital, or other mutually convenient location.
- You can discuss your illness, what services are available, and begin to plan.
- You can be referred for many services and receive help completing the applications.

- Primary medical care for uninsured residents living with HIV/AIDS.
- Primary care providers from Moore Clinic, Johns Hopkins University
- School of Medicine provide clinical services twice monthly, under Ryan White Care Act Funding.
