From Columbia: Take Route 29 N to Route 40 E.

From Western Howard County: Take Route 40 E. Travel East on Route 40, until reaching the traffic light at the entrance to Normandy Shopping Center. Turn left onto Normandy Center Drive. Go to first traffic light. Turn left onto parking lot. The Howard County Health Department is located at the far right end of the row of offices.

From Baltimore: Travel West on Route 40, turn right onto Normandy Center Drive, proceed as above.
