MARYLAND CHILDREN'S HEALTH PROGRAM (MCHP) What is MCHP? A health insurance program that offers full benefits to working families with low to average income. Maryland Children's Health Program (MCHP) gives full health benefits to children up to age 19 and pregnant women of any age. Medical services are provided through the HealthChoice Program. HealthChoice is made up of private Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) located throughout the State of Maryland. We can help with:
