Provides screening, consultational referral, comprehensive AERS assessment and case management services for the aged and chronically disabled.
Directions:
From I-95: Driving north or south on I-95, take Route 175 (Columbia-Jessup) exit. Follow Route 175 west to Columbia Gateway exit. Continue on Columbia Gateway Drive, five story brick and glass building on the left hand side.
From Baltimore: Drive west on Route 40 to south on Route 29. Take Route 175 east exit from Route 29. Follow Route 175 east to Columbia Gateway Drive exit.
From Washington: Drive north on Route 29 (Colesville Road). Take Route 175 east exit and follow Route 175 east to Columbia Gateway Drive exit.
