Charrette
Judging by the survey responses collected at the closing presentation, the Columbia Downtown Charrette was highly successful. It laid out an ambitious vision for the future of Downtown Columbia and created a Vision Plan that will be used to guide future development and redevelopment. An Executive Summary provides a brief overview of the process. Nearly 300 people attended the final charrette presentation and 133 completed an exit survey that asked what elements of the plan people liked best, what elements need further study, and how they felt about the charrette process. The survey results will help guide refinements to the plan.

It also provides information about when each day's public meetings are held and will feature materials produced during each public session. Your participation at all sessions is welcomed. This site will also allow you to submit comments during the week of the charrette.
