HOME BUILDERS LICENSE

Before obtaining a building permit for a new home in Howard County, homebuilders must be registered with the State of Maryland, Office of the Attorney General, Home Builder Registration Unit. To obtain a list of registered homebuilders or for further information, click HERE. This legislation became effective January 1, 2001.
