HOME IMPROVEMENT LICENSE

The Licenses and Permits Division, in cooperation with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission, does not accept a building permit application for work being performed by a Home Improvement Contractor without a valid Contractors License number issued by the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulations.
