Inspections

Inspections are done annually. Normally these are accomplished in conjunction with your re-certification, which will take place 90 days before the anniversary of your lease. Units in our Federal Public Housing Program will generally undergo inspection in preparation for the Federal REAC inspection.

Please contact us if you do not receive your notification by 75 days prior to your anniversary date.

If you can not make your inspection appointment, you need to call your inspector. If you make your rent payments to the
