Housing Counseling Program

Counseling sessions will be held on a monthly basis with at least one session per quarter to be held in Spanish.

Sessions include:

• Overview of the home buying process
• The mortgage process
• Choosing the home you wish to purchase
• The sales contract and buying the home
• After moving in
• Maintaining financial security
