The Howard County Commission on Disability Issues 15th Annual Awards Ceremony a Resounding Success!

The ’09 Commission on Disabilities Issues Awards ceremony was a resounding success and honored a truly remarkable group, or as County Executive Ulman so succinctly stated: “This awards ceremony showcases the outstanding efforts individuals, groups and businesses have made to help Howard County promote the true spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all the honorees.”
