Serving as the human services arm of Howard County Government, Citizen Services is very proud of the innovative and creative programs that have been implemented over the years to better serve our community.

In addition, the Department of Citizen Services oversees the activities of the Commission on Aging, Commission for Women, Consumer Affairs Advisory Board, Commission on Disability Issues, Local Board on Homelessness, and the Local Children's Board.
