The Columbia Triathlon Association, Inc. (CTA) in partnership with Blossoms of Hope, The Ulman Cancer Fund and the Howard County Office of Tourism, presents the TriColumbia Howard LIFEst on Sunday April 25, 2010.

The following FEATURED FITNESS EVENTS will be held in conjunction with the 2009 blossoming season of Howard County's 1,300 Kwanzan cherry trees.

• Blossoms of Hope Half Marathon
• Blossoms of Hope Half Marathon Relay
• Howard LifeFest 5K run
• The Ulman Cancer Fund "Le Tour de Howard County Metric Century (62 mile) non-competitive bike ride
• The Spring Zinger (65K non-competitive bike ride)
• The Cherrybration (30K non-competitive bike ride)

All events will begin and end in downtown Columbia near the Lakefront. Both the 13.1 mile Half Marathon route and the 5K run incorporates many of the official Blossoms of Hope tree planting sites.

Blossoms of Hope is proud to have been selected along with the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults as one of the primary beneficiaries of Columbia Triathlon's exciting fitness endeavor!
